Cadie Elaine Milstead, 23

Died: Tuesday, February 02, 2010, in Prescott Valley, Arizona

Cadie Elaine Milstead was born August 6, 1986, in Phoenix, Arizona. On February 2, 2010 Cadie went home to the Lord. Our hearts are empty, she was our daughter, sister, granddaughter and friend to all who knew her. She was the 5th child of her mother Rosemarie Milstead and the 1st child of her father Richard Clark Berisford. she was 22 months old when her family moved to Chino Valley. She attended Chino Valley schools and graduated from Chino Valley High in 2005.

Cadie was a friend to all and those who came in contact with her will remember her for her bright smile and loving personality. She never met a stranger. In high school her passion to help those with leukemia began and she assisted in many fundraising efforts. Later her interest built and she loved to research the breakthroughs developing a cure. She was a lover of country music and appreciated artists George Straight and Kenny Chesney. Her hobbies included felt craft, beading, watching movies, keeping in touch with her friends via Facebook, animals, dogs and spending time with family. She was also a huge fan of the San Diego Chargers, especially #63.

She was preceded by her father Richard Clark Berisford, her maternal Grandmother Marion Elaine Cady(Kurzer), her maternal grandfather Alfred Robert Cady. She is survived by her mother Rosemarie Milstead(Cady) her step-father Raymond Zygmund Bielawski, her 5 brothers Garvin F.(Debra) Phillips, Michael Joseph (Mary)Bielawski, David Alan Phillips, Bryan Raymond Bielawski and Cory Alan(Laura)Bielawski; 4 sisters, Debra Lynn Reece(Phillips), Angela Marie(Sid)Bielawski , Donna Marie Milstead, and Nicole Ann(John Mitchell) Bielawski. She is also survived by two paternal grandmothers,Annabelle Berisford(Mays), and Irene A. Bielawski(Olivio). Cadie is also survived by Aunts & Uncles Alan Ray(Chris) Berisford, Sol Padilla, Julie(Mitch) Padilla(Bielawski), Barbara Mattingly( Bielawski),Jenny(Steven) Hoyhtya(Bielawski). She was blessed to have many nieces and nephews who loved her; Kristen Nicole Reece, Michael Dalton Reece, Matthew James Reece, Amanda Jean Reece, Mary Rose Phillips, Sabrina Rounds, Destiny Alyssa Bielawski, Kathryn Marie Ruth Phillips, Bethany Debra Phillips, Garvin Franklin Phillips jr., Ethan Bielawski, Michael Rounds, Kaycee Rounds, and Mark Sidney Bielawski.

A celebration of life will be held on February 6th at 2:30pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Territorial Ward, with Bishop Michael Calhoun officiating. Reception following.
Due to the fact that Cadie was deathly allergic to flowers the family is requesting donations to help offset the final expenses.
